[supposedly] Japanese Cheddar Cheesecake

Cheddar Cheesecake

Bahan A :
130 gr susu cair (ultra)
40 gr butter (anchor unsalted)
125 gr cheddar cheese dipotong2 kecil (6 slice)
Bahan B :
20 gr tepung terigu (kunci)
15 gr maizena
Bahan C :
2 kuning telur (tanggung, aku pake 3)
Bahan D :
3 putih telur
80 gr gula pasir
1/4 st cream of tartar

OPTIONAL:
Choco Ganache (cokelat cair :D)

Cara Membuat :
1. Siapkan loyang, oles mentega alasi kertas roti, oles lagi, sisihkan.
2. Campur mentega, susu and cheddar cheese dalam wadah, tim diatas panci sampai cheese meleleh. Aduk2. Biarkan agak hangat.
3. Masukan bahan B, aduk sampe rata, Lalu masukkan bahan C. Aduk sampai rata. (Pakai ballon whisk ya)
4. Kocok Bahan D sampe soft peak lalu dicampur dengan adonan cheese sampai rata.
5. Tuang adonan dalam loyang dan panggang dengan cara au bain marie 50-60 menit sampai atasnya keemasan.
6. Lepaskan segera dari loyang bila sudah matang, dinginkan.

Well, honestly, this is my first time doing Au Bain Marie style of baking. quite interesting :D
I have to say, it wasn't quite successful, but the taste was great (bukan salah di bahan, tapi salah di g, salah ngocok telornya, hahaha....)
I'd try this recipe again, hmm nyummm.....
